Grief is a journey we don't have to walk alone.

(Helping Understand Grief With Support)

HUGS is a support group for those who have lost a baby to miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death. There is NO CHARGE to participants..

Grieving the loss of your baby is one of the hardest things to go through. No one experiences grief the same way. Grief is immeasurable and there is no time limit or schedule to the course it runs. It is encouraging to know that there are experiences in our grieving that link us to each other. Being with others who understand your loss and know the grieving process can ease the feelings of guilt, loneliness, helplessness and emptiness.

Although it may be hard to imagine that you will feel whole and hopeful again, there are ways to help you through your loss and grief. This Support group puts you in touch with others having a similar experience. You will be able to share thoughts and feelings in an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance. There are others who understand and who care.

  •     Information about the grieving process for individuals, couples and families.
  •     Opportunities to share with other grieving parents and friends.
  •     Eight weeks of closed group sessions.

Because grief affects every parent differently, you may choose to participate as a couple or as an individual. Either way, be assured you are not alone.
